Applications of 1-Hydroxybenzotriazole (HOBT)
- HOBt in NMP is used as an effective additive in coupling reactions, where it helps suppress racemization and ensures higher purity of the final product. 
- It is suitable for application in both solid-phase and solution-phase peptide synthesis. 
- Applied in the synthesis of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and intermediates and anticancer agents such as Ubenimex.

Advantages of 1-Hydroxybenzotriazole (HOBT)
